NEW DELHI: OnePlus recently rolled out OxygenOS 4.1.7 for its OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T smartphones. Now, the Chinese tech firm has released OxygenOS 4.5.10 for OnePlus 5 users. The update will be arriving over the air and includes enhancements for the device's camera among other features.
The OxygenOS 4.5.10 for the OnePlus 5 introduces photo-noise reduction and brings improved camera stability as well. The update also improves the noise and texture of videos show in 60 frames per second. In addition to these camera improvements, the OxygenOS 4.5.10 also fixes accidental touches after hanging up, Improved Jio call functionality and fixes display issue on calling screen.
Besides this, some of the other fixes and improvements included are for the Wi-Fi stability, clarity issue of videos taken by SnapShot app, display issue of new font and the scrolling issue of Play Music.
Since the update is rolling out in phases, it might take time for all the OnePlus 5 users to get the OxygenOS 4.5.10.
The update comes few days after the rollout of the OxygenOS 4.1.7 for OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T. The update brings the August Android security patch. However, the newest flagship smartphone, which is OnePlus 5, is still interestingly sitting on July Android security patch.
The OxygenOS 4.1.7, besides the August security patch also brings an enhanced system fluidity, better optimisations and bug fixes for sound channel error. The update weighs 1.4GB.
OnePlus recently launched its OnePlus 5 smartphone in Slate Gray colour. The Slate Gray device comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage is available on Amazon.in and oneplusstore.in at Rs 37,999. The 8GB RAM variant was until now available in Midnight Black colour only.
